HORMONE TEST PANELS

Saliva testing is easy to do! The tests are easy to do. You simply collect your saliva in a small tube a few times during one day. The more items you are testing for, the more saliva tubes will be included.

Blood spot testing is easy to do! You simply prick your finger with the enclosed needle and as blood drops from your fingertip touch it to the center of the circle on the blood spot card.

After the specimens are collected you simply mail them to the lab. It will take about 3 weeks for you to receive the results and our guidance and suggestions.

Note for New York Residents ONLY:

New York State health law prohibits the testing of specimens collected in the state of New York. No other states are effected by this legal statue.  Residents of New York can order a test kit, we can ship you a test kit, but you must agree to collect your sample(s) outside of the State of New York.    People residing in the state of New York cannot file for insurance reimbursement of these tests.
